cabal: if anyone else is interested, I would love to hear what people think cabal is for. I would like to see it be about political language. Now, that's a wide topic, and as a topic doesn't limit what can or should be posted, but it also does act as a reminder. E.g. I don't want to just post my personal rant or political opinion here so much as discuss the impact of political language, the nature of political discourse and also...
I really value a set of diverse opinions...we have that. For example, from me we have rational logic, from Averroes irrational illogic... you can't scoff at diversity like that! What breadth!!!
Just kidding you Averroes, you knows I like to kid my Averroes... right? cheers.

Good questions, and since I'm superficial, I really should work on the style (if memory serves, I threw the template together one night while I had a buzz). The color scheme and font could use some work, and I should create an About page (once your questions have been answered).
I think it would be cool if authors submitted photos with their work because you'd still be anonymous if you like (unless you're so famous that everyone knows your face).

If I posted my picture then I'd have to do some explaining and Cherie just would not like that...
Besides does the world need more pictures of Hubris??? Is not one enough??? Do we have to keep our clothes on???
Personally I like the colour scheme and font.
I've just submitted a post that outlines some of what I hope Cabal could also be used for.
